| The Bear Inn | From the A63, take the A1034 for about 1/2 mile into South Cave. The Bear Inn is on the left, in the centre of the village on Market Place, almost opposite The Fox & Coney. | Map |
| Briercliffe | From Junction 21 of the M62, take the A640 to Rochdale for 1/4 mile. Turn right onto the B6225 to Milnrow, at the Mini-Roundabout turn left into Kiln Lane. There is another left turn 1/4 mile further on (still the B6225), then stay on this road (Past Hollingworth Lake) to Littleborough. In Littleborough, turn left at the T-Junction, go under the Railway Bridge and turn right at the Lights onto the A6033 to Todmorden, then after 4+3/4 miles bear right onto the A681 into Todmorden. In Todmorden, go straight on at the Roundabout onto the A646 to Burnley. Carry on the A646 for 6 miles thro’ Lydgate, Cornholme & Holme Chapel, then at the brow of a hill, turn right for Worsthorne (also signposted Rock Water Bird Centre). Stay on this road (Red Lees Lane) for 1+1/3 miles thro a little Hamlet called Cliviger, then take the next turning right also signposted for Worsthorne (Salterford Lane Cliviger). Carry on this lane, straight thro’ Worsthorne which changes name to Ormerod St, Extwistle Lane & then Todmorden Road for 2 miles & turn right on a sharp left bend (signposted Shay Lane) thro’ the “Dead-End” sign. Stay on this road (a glorified track) over three cattle grids and bear right past the entrance to Shay Farm. The Site Entrance is thro’ the gate on the left after the bends (approx 200 yds before the farm entrance). | Map |
| Fellbeck | From Knaresborough, follow the B6165 through Nidd, Ripley ( take the A61 bypass to avoid the village ) & Burnt Yates. At the end of Burnt Yates village, turn right, signposted Brimham Rocks. Follow this road for approx. 3 miles then turn right at the crossroads, again signposted Brimham Rocks. Follow this road past Brimham Rocks for approx 2 miles & turn left at the T junction with the B6265. The site is immmediately on your left. | Map |
| Lothersdale | From Junction 26 of the M62, take the M606 to Bradford. At Jcn 3, take the 3rd exit, A6177 Bradford Ring-Road ( Rooley Lane ) for approx 4-1/2 mile. Turn left onto the A650 to Bingley & Keighley. At Keighley, take the A629 to Kildwick & Cross Hills. After approx 4-1/4 miles, at Kildwick roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A6068 Skipton Road for approx 1/3 mile & bear right into Keighley road Cross Hills. Stay on this road for approx 1/2 mile ( road name changes into Main Street ) & turn Right into Wheatlands Lane. At the crossroads with Park Road & Lothersdale Road, turn Left onto Lothersdale Road. The Manor Farm Site is on the right, after approx 1-1/2 miles. | Map |
